Refund policy

Return Policy

You may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase in many cases for a full refund or credit. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Please note some item returns may incur restocking fees of up to 25%*. 

*Any Stock Item(s) that are not defective in design or manufacture, as determined by the Supplier (KPurity, Inc) acting reasonably, and are returned by the Purchaser (Buyer) shall incur a restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice price (tax included) for those Stock Item(s).

You may mail returns via the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, or DHL to the address below. We recommend that you insure/track/delivery confirm the package during return shipment. Enclosing your original packing invoice will help us expedite your return.
